Only what you send us voluntarily through the form, WhatsApp or email: name, phone number, commune, type and size of surface, email address (optional) and the content of your message.

Purpose and legal basis

This data is used solely to prepare your quote, reply to you and schedule the work. The legal basis is pre-contractual steps taken at your request, and your consent when you contact us spontaneously.

Recipients

Your data is intended for AMKOLUX S.à r.l.-S. Messages sent through the form are delivered by the technical service FormSubmit, which forwards them to our email address. No data is sold or passed to third parties for commercial purposes.

Retention

Enquiries without follow-up are kept for 12 months. Data relating to completed work is kept for as long as required by Luxembourg accounting and tax obligations (10 years).

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise it, write to info@amko.lu. You may also lodge a complaint with the National Commission for Data Protection (CNPD), 15 boulevard du Jazz, L-4370 Belvaux, Luxembourg.
